How to Become a Money Magnet

By Valerie Dawson / Creator of Think Rich Secrets

Like most people, you have probably been taught to see money as a tangible resource that resides in your wallet and bank account until you need to spend it. You use it to pay bills, buy products and services, and support worthwhile causes.

When you need more money, you probably do what most people would do: take physical action thatwill bring in more money, such as working extra hours, asking your boss for a raise, or even selling a few of your material possessions.

What you may not realize is that you can attract money into your life in much easier ways; simply by changing the way you think about money and abundance. It's called the Law of Attraction, and getting it to work effectively for you can make the difference between a lifetime of lack and struggle, or abundance and ease.
This report is going to share 7 of the biggest mistakes that people make when attempting to use the Law of Attraction to attract more money into their lives; and offer helpful suggestions on how to turn them around if you find that you may be doing the same.

Law of Attraction Money Mistake #1
Holding a Mind-Set of Lack and Struggle
Based on your own life experiences, would you say that obtaining money on a regular basis is easy or difficult? In other words, do you have to work very hard to receive enough money to cover your monthly expenses, or does money seem to come to you effortlessly?
Take some time to think carefully about these questions because they reveal something very important: your overall mind-set regarding money and wealth. You can tell immediately whether you have a wealth mind-set or lack mind-set by looking at your life experiences.

Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #1
Your Mind-Set Creates Your Experiences
The Law of Attraction is activated by your mind-set - in other words, the things you think, believe and feel on a regular basis. Here's how it works: Your thoughts trigger your emotions. Your emotional state emits a specific frequency of energy to the universe, and the universe returns events and experiences into your life, that correspond with your emotional frequency.
When you think and feel positively on a regular basis, everything in your life seems to flow more easily, including money. When your thoughts and emotions lean more toward the negative side on a regular basis, you experience more problems, setbacks and financial lack in your life. Also important are your beliefs. Your beliefs form the structure of what is possible for you. If you believe you have to work hard to have a lot of money, you'll create exactly that experience for yourself. If you don't believe you deserve more than a certain amount of money, you'll block more from arriving. Whatever your beliefs are, they are your TRUTH, and you will subconsciously create evidence that supports that truth over and over again until you learn to do things differently.

Law of Attraction Money Mistake #2
Focusing on What You Don't Have
Have you ever agonized over a shortage of money? Have you worried obsessively about not being able to pay your bills or buy something you wanted? Believe it or not, you were probably making the situation worse by doing so.
We know that lack is the condition of not having something you want - in other words, the absence of something. But the absence of exactly what may surprise you. Lack is not the absence of money, or health, or love. Those are just the symptoms of lack. At its core, lack is simply the blockage of ENERGY. When it comes right down to it, everything is energy. When you experience lack of any kind, it's a sure sign that you are cutting off the natural flow of energy through your life.
Every time you worry about your financial situation, agonize over a shortage of money, or feel stressed about your bills, you attract more of the experience of lack into your life.

Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #2
Focus on What You DO Have and DO Want
It may sound incredibly difficult to focus on the positive when your life doesn't look so rosy, but it is vital to find a way to do it. When you focus on the good things you already have and think about the things you want from an optimistic and hopeful state of mind, you cannot help but attract more of them into your life.

There are endless ways to begin focusing your thoughts on the things you do have and do want. Start a gratitude journal and jot down a few things each day that you are grateful for. (Hint: even if these things are not related to money, they can still get that positive energy flowing and attract more good things into your life; including more money.) You can also visualize having more money and imagine being able to pay your bills easily. The more you focus on things like this, the more they will begin to show up in your physical reality.

Law of Attraction Money Mistake #3
Attracting Lack with Negative Emotions
Focusing on lack and struggle is destructive enough, but it's possible to make it even worse by infusing this focus with strong, negative emotions. Think of your emotions as the fuel that lends power to everything that manifests in your life. When it comes to money, do you often find yourself locked into negative emotions like these? Fear Anxiety Helplessness Hopelessness Pessimism Doubt Frustration Worry Jealousy Resentment

Every time you experience emotions like these, you are creating more lack. In order to turn lack into abundance, you have to avoid investing in these negative emotions.

Law of Attraction Think Rich Lesson #3
How to Prevent Negative Emotions from Creating More Lack
There are two things you can do to prevent these emotions from creating more lack in your life:

1) First, avoiding sinking into feelings like those described above is crucial. As soon as you notice yourself starting to feel stressed or worried about money, immediately shift your focus to something else. You can engage in a bit of self-talk if it helps; say something like, "There's no point worrying about something I can't control, so I'm going to focus on something that makes me feel good." Then spend time on unrelated activities, or find a way to feel better about your financial situation.

2) Secondly, begin directing more positive emotions toward your financial situation.
Even if you have to engage in a bit of fantasizing in order to do so, you need to get some positive emotions flowing to attract more abundance. There are many ways to do this, but one that works well is to keep affirming, "I always have more than enough money for everything I need." Just keep saying it over and over again, allowing yourself to feel confident and happy that your financial needs are being met.
This is also a good thing to do when you notice you're starting to feel worried or frightened about not having enough money. Immediately turn the focus around and say, "I ALWAYS have more than enough money for EVERYTHING I need." (Say it with power and conviction in your voice, and really believe that it is so.) As you begin shifting your focus from negative emotions to positive emotions every day, you should start to notice your financial situation shifting to a better place also.

You might receive an unexpected check in the mail, you might get a bonus or pay raise at work, or you may even notice you're starting to receive unexpected gifts or discounts. These are great signs that it's working! Keep replacing negative emotions with positive as often as possible and you'll keep the good energy flowing - which will keep inspiring greater and greater change in your life.

QUOTES BOOK 1: Roberk Kiyosaki

1.         A game is like a mirror that allows you to look at yourself.

2.         A lot of people are afraid to tell the truth, to say no. That's where toughness comes into play.    Toughness is not being a bully. It's having backbone.

3.         Academic qualifications are important and so is financial education. They're both important and schools are forgetting one of them.

4          Face your fears and doubts, and new worlds will open to you.

5          I have a problem with too much money. I can't reinvest it fast enough, and because I reinvest it, more money comes in. Yes, the rich do get richer.

6          I still consider myself a little, fat kid from Hawaii.

7          If you want to go somewhere, it is best to find someone who has already been there.

8          Inside of every problem lies an opportunity.

9          Money is kind of a base subject. Like water, food, air and housing, it affects everything yet for some reason the world of academics thinks it's a subject below their social standing.

10        The size of your success is measured by the strength of your desire; the size of your dream; and how you handle disappointment along the way.

11        We go to school to learn to work hard for money. I write books and create products that teach people how to have money work hard for them.

12        When people are lame, they love to blame.

13        You have to be smart. The easy days are over.

14        Your future is created by what you do today, not tomorrow

15      “He said, 'Raise your price. Make it ridiculous. 'That would make people perceive it as a value.

16        “The only difference between a rich person and poor person is how they use their time”

17       “The poor, the unsuccessful, the unhappy, the unhealthy are the ones who use the word tomorrow the most”

18        “Do today what you want for your tomorrows”

19        “Tomorrows only exist in the minds of dreamers and losers”

20        “The most life-destroying word of all is the word tomorrow”

21        “Face your fears and doubts, and new worlds will open to you.”

22        “Today is the word for winners and tomorrow is the word for losers”

23       “Remember to dream big, think long-term, underacheive on a daily basis, and take baby steps. That is the key to long-term success.”

24       The rich build assets that they use to purchase other assets. The poor only have expenses.

25       If you want to be rich, simply spend your life buying assets. If you want to be poor or middle class, spend your life buying liabilities.

26      If you work for money, you give the power to your employer. If your money works for you, you keep and control the power.

27      Education is the foundation of success. Just as scholastic skills are vitally important, so are financial skills and communication skills.

28     Most investors say "Don’t take risks." The rich investor takes risks.

29     If you can grasp the idea that money is not real, you will grow rich faster.

30     By asking the question How can I afford it? your brain is put to work.

31     Business is like a wheelbarrow, nothing happens until you start pushing.

32     Concentrate your efforts on only buying income-generating assets.”

33      Failure defeats losers, failure inspires winners.”

34      Employees pay the highest percentage of taxes. Big business and investors pay the least.

35      If you don't first handle fear and desire, and you get rich, you'll only be a highly paid slave

36     In today’s rapidly changing world, the people who are not taking risks are the risk takers.

37     It's the investor who is risky, not the investment.

38     One of the main reasons people are not rich is that they worry too much about things that might never happen.

39      One of the reasons I do not need a job or a paycheck is because rich dad trained me to make money from nothing. As you increase the number of investor controls you possess, you continue to reduce your risk in the investment.”

40      Sight is what you see with your eyes, vision is what you see with your mind

41      So where in the old economy, content was king, in the new economy, context is king

42       The biggest challenge you have is to challenge your own self-doubt and your laziness.”

43       Your most expensive advice is the free advice you receive from your financially struggling friends or relatives.”

44      Work to learn--don't work for money. To become successful you must learn how to manage cash flow, systems and people.

45      To gain more abundance a person needs more skills and needs to be more creative and cooperative.

46      The unique ability to take decisive action while maintaining focus on the ultimate mission is what defines a true leader

THE 5 RULES OF HAPPINESS

By Burt Goldman/ Creator of Quantum Jumping

You know when you're happy, and certainly no one has to tell you when you're sad. But what is it that makes a person happy?
It is important to realize that what makes you happy might depress another person. There are people, because of guilt, a feeling they do not deserve what they have, or a feeling they will lose what they have that makes them unhappy when they should be happy.
Possessions are a poor measure of happiness. Possessions are subjective and relative to the individual and the individual's viewpoint. Instead, we will use a philosophy as an example.
This philosophy is about enjoying things you like, avoiding or changing things you do not like, and accepting what you cannot avoid or change by the skillful use of your viewpoint. The use of this philosophy, as embodied in the five rules, will allow you to test many problem areas in your life and find solutions. With this philosophy, you will be well on your way on your pursuit of happiness.
Rule Number One: If You Like a Thing, Enjoy It.
Now that seems outrageously simple. At first you might say, "That's ridiculous, of course if I like something I'm going to enjoy it." But when you stop to think about it you'll probably agree that there are many things in life that we like but don't enjoy. The reasons we don't enjoy things we like are (a) guilt, and (b) fear. You will not enjoy something you like if you feel guilty after having done the thing, or if you are fearful of the consequences of doing it.
Rule Number Two: If You Don't Like a Thing, Avoid It.
The second rule seems simple enough, but reflect for a moment on how many people are involved with things they do not like -- a job, a person, a vehicle, a type of food, any one of a thousand things -- and for some reason they don't avoid those things. "Well, I can't avoid it. I have to work there because I need the money." Or, "I have to be involved with this person for many valid reasons." How many justifications can you think of for not avoiding the things you do not like to do?
Rule Number Three: If You Don't Like a Thing, and You Cannot Avoid It, Change It.
Here again, the answer is simple: change it. But just as in avoidance we rationalize that we need something about it -- the money, the time, the security -- something is holding you to that particular thing if you don't like it, cannot avoid it, won't change it, but are still involved with it.
Rule Number Four: If You Don't Like a Thing, Cannot Avoid It, and Cannot or will Not Change It, Accept It.
Acceptance -- now there is a catch. How can you accept something you don't like? How in the world do you accept something that is 'unacceptable'? How do you accept a situation that you're not happy with? How do you accept a person that you're not happy with? Well, you really don't have to accept anything; you can, of course, be unhappy. If you don't like it, won't change it, cannot avoid it, and will not accept it, I guarantee that you will be unhappy. There are, however, five rules to the secret of happiness, and within the fifth lies the key.
Rule Number Five: You Accept a Thing By Changing Your Attitude Towards It.
You are the result of your viewpoints and attitudes. Everything is relative to the person experiencing it. There are no absolutes -- nothing is good, nothing bad, except as it relates to you. Nor is life good or bad. Life simply is. You change those things you wish by changing your viewpoint about them.
How easy!
How difficult!
Your attitudes and viewpoints are all part of your mind and once you develop the power of self mind control you will be the master of your own attitudes and viewpoints. Using these five rules you'll soon find yourself on the right path on the pursuit of happiness. You'll realize why people are unhappy. Eventually it will become automatic, and you'll find happiness a predominant state of mind. Once you realize the ease of acquiring this emotion, you develop an entirely new scale of highs and lows.
Unremitting happiness, of course, is not a possible or desirable state. According to the principle of rhythm, there is always an inflow and outflow, an ebb tide and a flood tide. You'll always have highs and lows -- there's no way to avoid that. However, your highs will be higher and your lows will be higher. You'll then find that what is a happy state for you might be a state of depression for someone unaware of the Five Rules of Happiness

The ELEMENTS of TRUE SWAGGER

Please understand that very few people are born with swagger, and not everyone that tries to learn and use it succeeds.
But MOST can find some level of success with it.
Even those whose very nature goes contrary to swagger can use certain elements of a person who embodies swagger.
It is not necessary to become the very definition of swagger, but adding a little panache to your personality can only help you in the long run.

If you do become the very definition of swagger itself, you probably had a lot inside of you all along, but just didn't know how to fully embrace it yet.
Either way, here are the traits of someone with swagger:A MAN WITH TRUE SWAGGER...

•SMILES OFTEN: The smile is highly underrated by many men. A man with true swagger uses his smile as a billboard to advertise his confidence. A genuine smile puts others at ease. A smile denotes happiness and happiness denotes success, because all anybody really wants is happiness anyway. Women are magnetically drawn to a man with a limitless supply of smiles.

•PRAISES OTHERS: Self-confidence is truly shown when a man is comfortable, verbally bringing to attention the good things about others. When appropriate, compliment others liberally. But only if it's sincere, false compliments are easily seen through. People love to talk about themselves and they will love to be around you. THAT is the definition of swagger.

•SHOWS RESPECT TO ALL : Nothing goes more contrary to the definition of swagger than a disrespectful person. A man of swagger, treats everyone with respect. He does not talk down to those serving or working for him, such as employees, waiters/waitresses, bartenders, etc. A man with swagger also tips appropriately and avoids behaving like a cheap-skate.

•HAS NO TIME TO HATE: A man of swagger is above talking bad about others for sport. Dwelling on others faults for the sake of conversation is petty and lame to him. He's smart enough to realize that if those around him like to smile in a person's face and then stab that person in the back, that his back could just as easily become a landing place for those same knives.

•DOESN'T ARGUE WITH FOOLS: This is key to maintaining any swagger you may possess. An intelligent debate with another person makes for good conversation and stimulates the brain. BUT, arguing with a fool, even if you are 100% correct, makes you look like a fool as well. People looking on will not be able to tell the difference. A fool is a person who is overly loud, vulgar, substitutes intellect and communication skills with profanity. From such a person, a man with swagger will take his leave immediately and with no regrets.

•ISN'T SHY ABOUT LEAVING: In social situations a man with swagger will often "work the room". That being the case, When a man of swagger needs to move on, he simply moves on. He may have a good reason(as stated above), he may have something or someone else to tend to, or he might just be bored with a conversation. Whatever the case, he politely excuses himself and leaves. Whether he explains the reason or not is up to him. A man of swagger owns his "presence" and uses it as he sees fit, not allowing himself to become "stuck" anywhere. Besides that, he also realizes that absence makes the heart grow fonder, he will be welcomed back when he returns.

•IS UNFLAPPABLE: A man of swagger is able to "slow the moment" in his head, whatever the case may be. This means that no matter the situation that arises, he keeps his head about him. He is never panicked. He is able to take control of a situation, when it is needed. He is able to follow the lead of someone capable of leading, if it is needed. He doesn't let the emotions of others escalate his emotions. He remains steady and he does not cry over spilled milk.

•UNDERSTANDS THAT SILENCE IS DEAFENING: A man of swagger realizes two important truths. These two truths are as follows... First, many people love to bathe in their own ignorance and would love to pull you in with them. Second, that silence is one of the hardest arguments to refute. Being that his swagger attracts people and attention, there will come jealous ones who aim to make him look foolish. They will throw "swagger daggers" at him. These are insults and mean-spirited jokes with the intent of coaxing an "unswaggerlike" reaction from him.

The man of swagger reads the situation and remains completely unaffected by these people, he simply converses and laughs "around" these people, in effect, putting them in a "sound booth." His silence towards the hater speaks volumes to everyone observing. The more the hater says about him after this point, makes them look obsessed with him. Soon others will be telling the offender to be quiet or go away. Masterful.

•CAN TAKE REJECTION IN STRIDE: A man of swagger realizes that NO MAN WALKING THIS EARTH has not met rejection. Therefore he keeps his ego in check and moves on from rejection with grace. By the time the rejecter realizes their mistake, the man of swagger is too busy being accepted by someone or something else to be concerned. That is the definition of swagger if ever there were one.

•IS WELL-GROOMED: The man of swagger always maintains top-notch grooming habits. In social and business situations he is NEVER smelly, sloppy, unwashed or unkempt. (Smelly includes the over-use of bad colognes.) He dresses well and understands what is stylish and what is not. He is ever aware that in order to be the definition of swagger he absolutely MUST be well groomed.

•GIVES OTHERS SPACE: Literally and figuratively. Nothing is more annoying than being over-crowded by someone else. Annoying is contrary to the definition of swagger. A close talker CANNOT be a man of swagger, because he makes others feel uncomfortable. A man of swagger gives people room, he does not warm a person's face with his breath, no matter how pleasant his breath is. No one should be within accidental spittle range!

Secondly, A man of swagger picks up on the signs of other people, if he notices that they seem to be distracted or would like to move on. A man of swagger will give the person an "OUT" or simply move on himself. By doing this, he does the other person and himself a favor.

•TALKS ABOUT WHAT HE KNOWS: A man of swagger does not pretend to know something that he doesn't. He understands that to be a great conversationalist, he should ONLY expound on what he does know and that he should ask questions about what he doesn't know. In doing this he avoids being found to be a fraud, which is contrary to the definition of swagger.

He also understands that if he listens instead of pretending to know something, next time he WILL KNOW enough to expound on the subject without risking his swagger.

There is a saying that "CONFIDENCE breeds SUCCESS" we at WWW.SUIT-SWAGGER.COM believe that. But even before that, we have a saying that goes "PREPARATION breeds CONFIDENCE first."So we invite you to first prepare yourself for whatever comes your way. And then, hopefully YOU will become the definition of swagger itself...

Quote of the day

The only thing that stands between a man and what he wants from life is often merely the will to try it and the faith to believe that it is possible.
